COME, AS YOU ARE - A CELEBRATION FOR BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY ![]() Sunday 27th September 2009 3.00pm The Royal Norfolk Hotel, Bognor Regis This event truly promises to be an exciting initiative for churches in the Bognor Regis and surrounding area. It promises to be a chance to give thanks for the Bible Week, which has taken place in the week before and celebrate the joy of inviting friends to hear an uplifting message. During the afternoon, there will be an opportunity for people to invite their friends and family to share in a BBQ on the lawn of the Royal Norfolk Hotel. Each church will be asked to provide a stall giving details about what they do and when. At 5.00pm, there will be a celebration service of hymns and modern songs from across all the Christian traditions. This will create a sense of uniting together in praise of One God. There will be a presentation and prayers at which recall the rich blessings we receive as God’s people. Towards the end of our service, Gram Seed will be invited to share the testimony of his life so far and speak a message of hope and trust in God. Please make sure you put this date in your diary! Click HERE to read the story of Gram's life so far. There is also a programme for the weekend by clicking HERE. |
